The National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA), strives to build a strong national organization, chapters and members for the purpose of minimizing the effect of racism in Architecture. This strength is built through unity in the cause that created the organization. At NOMA, we believe in strength in numbers. We add strength to the voice with which we can speak against apathy, bigotry, intolerance and ignorance; against abuse of the natural environment; and for the un-empowered, the marginalized and the disenfranchised, by increasing the number of people within this organization and the Architecture field at large. Through our publications and conferences, they are able to inform the world that minority professionals have the talent and capabilities to perform in design and construction with any other group.

NOMA’s Job Board is an excellent resource for minority architects to find opportunities with employers who value minimizing the effect of racism in the Architecture profession. Job seekers may use their accounts to search for architect jobs, create alerts for new job postings and manage their resumes. Employers may use their account to post new jobs and find a professional architect who best benefits their workforce.
